xxRachxx Diet Blog

Day 1 was yesterday (Monday 7th June)

Starting weight - 11st 9lb

My plan isnt really to eat much different as I eat pretty healthily anyway, my main problem is lack of exercise, Its not like we can walk to town, playgroup or the shop as we live in a small village and have none of those here so have to drive. Not even got a bus service!

I intend to do at least 30 minutes every night on my gravity walker or exercise bike.
i did this before and lost 8lb quite quickly, then gave up smoking and that 8lb came back really quick!
