Has anyone else ever done slimming world, i've been doing it for about 8 weeks and half lost over half a stone Smile

It's really easy to follow and it doesn't feel like your on a diet.

It's so easy to follow, it's just leaning how to cook things the healthy way and how to choose healthy options, there's a slimming world support forum which has loads of good advice on it Smile
