weigh in week 3

well its monday morning and off to work in a min

stood on the scales today and happy to say i have lost another 2lb

so starting weight 11st 2
now im 10st 7

very very chuffed with that

yyyyyyyyiiiiiiiiiipppppppppppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
